How to Get Tax Proof of Crypto Asset Transactions

Hi Tokonauts,

In connection with the implementation of crypto asset tax, based on Minister of Finance Regulation No. 68/PMK.03/2022 (PMK68) concerning Value Added Tax and Income Tax Regulations on Crypto Asset Trading Transactions is the obligation of crypto asset traders registered with BAPPEBTI. Below are the steps to get tax proof from crypto asset transactions at Tokocrypto:

 

1. Log in to the Tokocrypto account on the website https://www.tokocrypto.com/;

2. Click the "Order" menu at the top right of the page;

3. Select the "Tax History" menu;

4. After the "Tax History" page appears, please set the date period as needed and click the OK button;

5. Tax history data will appear according to the selected date, like the example below:

Download Monthly Tax History Document:

1. Click “Export Tax History in IDR”;

*Data is available a maximum of the 3rd week of the next month

 

2. Determine the month and year as needed;

3. Click “Export”;

4. The document will be downloaded in Excel format (.xls)

 

Download the Annual Summary Report

1. Click "Yearly IDR Summary Report";

2. Specify the year as needed;

3. Click "Generate PDF Report"

4. The document will be downloaded in PDF format (.pdf)

 

Please Note:

  • Users can view Tax History independently only through the Tokocrypto website;

  • Export results of tax history in accordance with the provisions of PMK 68 of 2022;

  • Tax Withdrawals can be made starting June 1, 2022 (in accordance with PMK 68 of 2022 provisions which began on May 1, 2022);

  • A large number of transactions will affect the document download process (you can't click "Export" or take a long time to load). If you experience these problems, please change the timeframe for your tax history to be shorter, such as monthly, weekly or daily;

  • Make sure you complete the download at one time so that the downloaded documents are not damaged, blank, or corrupted;

  • Make sure your device supports Excel files.
