If you have problems with crypto deposit transactions, as follows:
- Wrong memo
- Depositing unregistered coins on Tokocrypto
- There are returns/refund from other exchanges or the destination address is Hot Wallet
Please submit an appeal in the following way:
- Log in Tokocrypto account
- Select the “Wallet” menu then click “Deposit”
- Click “ Deposit hasn't arrived? Click here ” next to Recent Deposit History.
- You will go to the "Deposit Status Query" page. You can use the link https://www.tokocrypto.com/usercenter/wallet/not-arrival/guide to directly connect to the same page.
- Choose a reason according to your issue
- Then click "Submit Appeal"
- Fill in the transaction data completely and correctly (coin name, recipient address, amount, and TXID/TxHash), then click "Send".
We support up to 8 decimals in nominal. You can leave out the decimal after that. Please remove all separators.
- Use the search menu for coins that are not available at Tokocrypto, then click "Confirm" to save them.
- The next page will display your transaction details and a nominal handling fee will be billed
- Please continue the appeal process if you agree with the terms
- Then you can independently monitor the process of checking and returning assets in the "Deposit Recovery Application Notes".
