Users can update their data by filling out the form available during the withdrawal process on the Tokocrypto app and website. The data update only needs to be done once for the same residential address.

Data Update (App)
1. In the Tokocrypto app, go to the "Wallet" menu.
2. Select the "Withdraw" menu, then choose the crypto asset you want to withdraw.
3. You will be asked to fill out a Data Update form.
- Step 1: Enter the Network you will use.
Could you make sure that the deposit network matches the withdrawal network? Otherwise, crypto assets may be lost. Also, could you check the trading fees for each network?
- Step 2: Enter the recipient's Wallet Address.

- Step 3: Enter the amount of crypto assets you wish to withdraw.

- Step 4: Enter the recipient's Full Name.

Please fill in the residential address as stated on the ID card (KTP).
4. After filling out all the data in the form, proceed by pressing the "Withdraw" button. Your withdrawal will then be processed.

- The data entry in the app is only for confirming the recipient's data.
- Users will not be required to fill out the data again for transactions to the same address.
