Operational Adjustments During Christmas and New Year 2025

Dear Tokonauts,

We want to inform you about operational adjustments concerning our partner banks during the Christmas and New Year 2025 holidays on December 25-26, 2024, and January 1, 2025.

Tokocrypto remains committed to serving all users who wish to trade during this holiday period. Our Customer Support service will continue to operate 24/7. All services not explicitly mentioned below will operate as usual during the holidays, including payment processing to your balance.

Deposits

  • Payments to Virtual Accounts or E-Wallets will continue to be processed during the holidays.
  • Bank transfers to virtual account numbers and through e-wallets will be available as usual.
  • If you encounter any issues with deposits made on December 25-26, 2024, or January 1, 2025, our Customer Support team may require additional time to investigate with our bank partners due to their adjusted operating hours.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals exceeding IDR 250 million to certain banks will be affected.

  • All withdrawals above IDR 250 million to banks other than BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata, and Sahabat Sampoerna will be processed after downtime.

    • For example, transfers to banks outside the listed banks above exceeding IDR 250 million:
      • If the transaction is made on December 25, 2024, it will be processed after December 27, 2024.
      • If the transaction is made on January 1, 2025, it will be processed after January 2, 2025.

  • During this period, if you need to transfer amounts over IDR 250 million to banks outside the listed banks and require same-day receipt, please split the payment into multiple transfers of IDR 250 million or less.

  • If you experience any issues with withdrawals made on December 25-26, 2024, or January 1, 2025, our Customer Support team may require additional time to escalate the issue with our bank partners due to their adjusted operating hours.

Deposits via RTGS

If you typically top up via LLG (Lalu Lintas Giro) or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement), we recommend topping up all necessary funds before the cutoff time of 1:00 PM WIB on December 24, 2024, to avoid any delays.

Virtual Accounts via RTGS & LLG

If users make bank transfer payments to virtual account numbers using RTGS & LLG methods, the payments will be processed for Christmas and New Year's after December 27, 2024, for Christmas and after January 2, 2025.

RTGS & LLG Transfers

RTGS & LLG transfers will be unavailable on December 25-26, 2024, and January 1, 2025, following Bank Indonesia's operating hours.

    • Settlement: December 23, 27, 30, 31, 2024, and January 2, 2025.
    • No Settlement: December 25-26, 2024, January 1, 2025.
  • Virtual Account Deposit
    • Operates normally every day.

Midtrans

  • Gopay & Shopeepay
    • Settlement: December 23, 27-29, and 30, 2024, to January 1, 2025.
    • No Settlement: December 24-26, 2024, December 31, 2024.

BLU

    • Settlement: December 23, 27-30, 2024, and December 31, 2024, and January 2, 2025.
    • No Settlement: December 24-26, 2024, January 1, 2025.

XENDIT (RTGS & LLG)

  • BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata, Sahabat Sampoerna
    • Settlement: December 23, 27, 30, and 31, 2024, and January 2, 2025.
    • No Settlement: December 24-26, 2024, January 1, 2025.
    • Important Note: Make the last transaction no later than 13:00 WIB one day before the holiday (December 24 and 31, 2024).

XENDIT (VA Payment)

  • Operates normally for all payments via VA.

Bank Neo Commerce

  • QRIS & VA
    • Operates normally. However, if there are problems, it takes 24 hours for inspection.

OVO

  • Operates normally except on weekends and holidays. Funds are only disbursed on working days.

Important Notes:

  • Several platforms are closed on December 25-26, 2024, and January 1, 2025.
  • Ensure transactions are completed before national holidays, no later than 13:00 WIB the day before.
