We want to inform you that in line with the implementation of the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) No. 11 of 2025, Tokocrypto will adjust the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate for crypto asset transactions.
This adjustment complies with PMK No. 11 of 2025, issued on February 4, 2025. This regulation stipulates that the tax on crypto asset transactions is determined as follows:
- VAT for PFAK transactions: [1% x (11/12)] x 12% x Cryptoy Asset transaction value or 0.11%.
- VAT for non-PFAK transactions: [2% x (11/12)] x 12% x Crypto Asset transaction value or 0.22%.
As an exchange fully licensed as a Crypto Asset Physical Trader (PFAK), Tokocrypto will apply a VAT rate of 0.11% to every crypto asset transaction on our platform.
Effective Date of Change
This VAT rate adjustment will take effect on February 20, 2025 at 12:00 WIB.
