Tokocrypto provides self-service for submitting a name correction on your account. It's important to note that a name correction does not change the name but fixes errors or discrepancies in the data recorded in Tokocrypto.
Submitting a name correction can be done in the following cases:
- Name Correction due to IDR Withdrawal Problems
- Name Correction due to BCA Blu Deposit Problems
- Name Correction due to Data Changes in Dukcapil
- Name Correction due to Binance and Tokocrypto Account Linking Problems
Here are the detailed steps to submit a name correction through Tokocrypto.
1. Name Correction due to IDR Withdrawal Problems
If you experience problems when making an IDR withdrawal due to a name mismatch, follow these steps:
- Go to the Tokocrypto Support page.
- Select "Change Name".
- Enter the email registered with Tokocrypto (make sure you can access the email).
- Check "Yes, I agree to the ongoing process", then click "Submit".
- Check your email to receive the CS Form Request.
- Click "Confirm Your Request".
- Fill in the Tokocrypto Account Name column with the name registered with Tokocrypto.
- Select Reason for Name Change → Withdrawal Problem.
- Fill in the Bank Account Name according to your passbook or bank data.
- Enter an active phone number.
- Explain the reason for the name change request.
- Upload a Photo of the First Page of the Passbook.
- Upload a Photo of your ID (KTP/Passport).
- Upload a Screenshot of the Error Page when withdrawing IDR.
- Make sure all data is correct, then submit your request.
2. Name Correction due to BCA Blu Deposit Problems
If you have problems making a deposit through BCA Blu due to a name mismatch, follow these steps:
- Go to the Tokocrypto Support page.
- Select "Change Name".
- Enter the email registered with Tokocrypto (make sure you can access the email).
- Check "Yes, I agree to the ongoing process", then click "Submit".
- Check your email to receive the CS Form Request.
- Click "Confirm Your Request".
- Fill in the Tokocrypto Account Name column with the name registered with Tokocrypto.
- Select Reason for Name Change → Deposit via BCA Blu.
- Fill in the Bank Account Name according to the data in Blu.
- Enter an active phone number.
- Explain the reason for the name change request.
- Upload a Screenshot of the Blu Profile.
- Upload a Photo of your ID (KTP/Passport).
- Upload a Screenshot of the Error Page when linking Blu and Tokocrypto accounts.
- Make sure all data is correct, then submit your request.
3. Name Correction due to Data Changes in Dukcapil
If your name changes due to data updates in Dukcapil, submit a correction with the following steps:
- Go to the Tokocrypto Support page.
- Select "Change Name".
- Enter the email registered with Tokocrypto (make sure you can access the email).
- Check "Yes, I agree to the ongoing process", then click "Submit".
- Check your email to receive the CS Form Request.
- Click "Confirm Your Request".
- Fill in the Tokocrypto Account Name column with the name registered with Tokocrypto.
- Select Reason for Name Change → Name Change in Dukcapil.
- Fill in the Bank Account Name according to your passbook or bank data.
- Enter an active phone number.
- Explain the reason for the name change request.
- Upload a Photo of the First Page of the Passbook.
- Upload a Photo of your ID (KTP/Passport).
- Upload a Name Change Statement Letter from Dukcapil or Deed Data Change from the Village.
- Make sure all data is correct, then submit your request.
4. Name Correction due to Binance Account Linking Problems
If you have problems linking your Binance account with Tokocrypto due to a name difference, follow these steps:
- Go to the Tokocrypto Support page.
- Select "Change Name".
- Enter the email registered with Tokocrypto (make sure you can access the email).
- Check "Yes, I agree to the ongoing process", then click "Submit".
- Check your email to receive the CS Form Request.
- Click "Confirm Your Request".
- Fill in the Tokocrypto Account Name column with the name registered with Tokocrypto.
- Select Reason for Name Change → Linking to Binance Account.
- Fill in the Bank Account Name according to your passbook or bank data.
- Enter an active phone number.
- Explain the reason for the name change request.
- Upload a Screenshot of the Binance Profile showing the Legal Name.
- Upload a Photo of your ID (KTP/Passport).
- Make sure all data is correct, then submit your request.
Important Notes:
- Please ensure that all the documents you upload are clear and comply with the requirements so that the name correction submission can be processed quickly.
- The name correction process is 5 - 7 working days.
