How to enable account

Hi Tokonauts!

If your Tokocrypto account has been deactivated, you can reactivation process, you can contact the Customer Support team and you will be asked to send the following documents:

  1. Photo of KTP identity card
  2. The self-supporting photo on paper with the words "Unlock Account" written on it with:
  • Name
  • Today's Date
  • Signature
  • Along with KTP

Send a request for Unlock Account along with the full name, email, reason for unlocking the account, and the cellphone number used in the Tokocrypto account and attach the photo documents that have been prepared to one of the Tokocrypto service channels.

Please wait for the process, the process takes up to 1 to 2 X 24 hours.
