We want to inform you about operational adjustments to our services related to our partner banks in observance of the International Labor Day National Holiday on May 1, 2025.
Tokocrypto will continue to serve all users who wish to conduct trading transactions during the holiday and joint leave period. Our Customer Support service will continue to operate normally, 24 hours a day.
Just to let you know, services not mentioned will continue to operate as usual during the holiday, including the settlement of payments to your balance.
Deposit Payments
Payments to Virtual Accounts or E-Wallets will continue to be processed during the holiday period. Bank transfer payments to virtual account numbers and also through e-wallets will be available as usual.
Suppose we encounter any issues with your deposit payment made on May 1, 2025. In that case, our Customer Support team may require additional time to investigate with the Partner Bank, as this will depend on the Bank's operational hours.
Withdrawal of Funds
Withdrawals above IDR 250 million to several banks will be affected.
All withdrawals above IDR 250 million to banks other than BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata, and Sahabat Sampoerna will only be processed after the 1 downtime period.
During this period, if you wish to transfer amounts above IDR 250 million to banks other than those mentioned above and require the funds to be received on the same day, please divide the payment into several transfers of IDR 250 million or less.
Suppose we encounter any issues with your fund withdrawal made on May 1, 2025. In that case, our Customer Support team may require additional time to escalate the issue to the Partner Bank, as this will depend on the Bank's operational hours.
Deposits via RTGS
If you typically top up via LLG (Lalu Lintas Giro) or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement), to avoid any disruptions, we recommend topping up all necessary funds before May 1, 2025.
Virtual Accounts via RTGS & LLG
If users make bank transfer payments to virtual account numbers using the RTGS & LLG methods, the payments will be processed after May 1, 2025.
RTGS & LLG Transfers
Not available on May 1, 2025, following Bank Indonesia's operational hours.
