We'd like to inform you about operational adjustments to our services related to our banking partners during the Eid al-Adha 1446 H/2025 holiday period, from June 6-9, 2025.
Tokocrypto will continue to serve all users who wish to conduct trading transactions throughout this holiday period. Our Customer Support service will also remain operational 24 hours a day as usual.
Services not mentioned below will operate as usual during the holiday, including payment settlements to your balance.
Deposit Payments
Payments to Virtual Accounts or E-Wallets will still be processed during the holiday period. Bank transfers to virtual account numbers and payments via e-wallets will be available as usual.
If we encounter any issues with your deposit payments made between June 6-9, 2025, our Customer Support team may require more time to investigate with our Bank Partners, as this will depend on the bank's operational hours.
Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawals above IDR 250 million to certain banks will be affected.
All withdrawals above IDR 250 million to banks other than BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata, and Sahabat Sampoerna will only be processed after the downtime period.
During this period, if you wish to transfer above IDR 250 million to banks other than those listed above and require the funds to be received on the same day, please divide the payment into multiple transfers of IDR 250 million or less.
If we encounter any issues with your fund withdrawals made between June 6-9, 2025, our Customer Support team may require more time to escalate the issue with our Bank Partners, as this will depend on the bank's operational hours.
Deposits via RTGS
If you typically top up funds via LLG (Lalu Lintas Giro) or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement), to avoid disruption, we recommend topping up all necessary funds before June 6, 2025.
Virtual Account via RTGS & LLG
If users make bank transfer payments to virtual account numbers using the RTGS & LLG methods, payments will be processed after June 9, 2025.
RTGS & LLG Transfers
These services will be unavailable from June 6-9, 2025, in accordance with Bank Indonesia's operational hours.
