Tokocrypto Service Updates During the Indonesian Independence Day Holiday – Tokocrypto

We'd like to inform you about some operational adjustments to our services related to our partner banks for the 80th Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day (HUT RI) on August 17, 2025, and the collective leave day on August 18, 2025.

Tokocrypto will continue to serve all users who wish to trade during this holiday period. Our Customer Support team will also operate as usual, 24 hours a day.

Any services not mentioned here will operate as normal during the holiday, including payment settlements to your balance.

Deposit Payments

Payments to Virtual Accounts or E-Wallets will continue to be processed during the holiday period.

Bank transfers to virtual account numbers and payments via e-wallets will be available as usual.

If you encounter an issue with a deposit payment made on August 18, 2025, our Customer Support team may require additional time to investigate with our bank partners, as this will depend on their operational hours.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals over Rp 250 million to certain banks will be affected.

All withdrawals over Rp 250 million to banks other than BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata, and Sahabat Sampoerna will only be processed after the downtime period.

During this period, if you need to transfer more than Rp 250 million to a bank not on the list and need the funds to be received on the same day, please split the payment into several transfers of Rp 250 million or less.

If you encounter an issue with a withdrawal made on August 18, 2025, our Customer Support team may require additional time to escalate the issue with our bank partners, as this will depend on their operational hours.

Deposits via RTGS

If you usually top up your account via LLG (Lalu Lintas Giro) or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement), we suggest you top up all the funds you need before 1:00 PM WIB on August 15, 2025, to avoid any disruptions.

Virtual Accounts via RTGS & LLG

If users make bank transfer payments to a virtual account number using the RTGS & LLG methods, the payment will be processed after August 18, 2025.
