Important Update: Changes to Tokocrypto Login Methods

Hi Tokonauts,

To enhance user experience and ensure compliance with current policies, Tokocrypto is implementing changes to the account login process.

Starting February 28, 2026, logging in via Binance Account will no longer be available. All Tokocrypto users can access their accounts using the following methods:

  • Email and Password

  • Google Account

  • Apple ID

We strongly urge users who currently rely on Binance Account login to switch to these updated methods immediately to avoid any disruptions in accessing your account.

 

Important: Reset Your Password Before February 28, 2026

As part of Tokocrypto’s security protocols, please note that resetting your password will trigger a temporary 72-hour withdrawal suspension. To ensure a smooth transition, users previously using Binance login are advised to:

  1. Reset your password before February 28, 2026.

  2. Ensure your registered email is active and capable of receiving verification codes.

  3. Enable additional security layers such as Google Authenticator or Passkey.

Taking these steps now will ensure your trading activities remain uninterrupted.

 

How to Log In via Email

Follow these steps to log in using your email address:

  1. Visit the official Tokocrypto website at www.tokocrypto.com or open the Tokocrypto app.

  2. Click the Login button.

  3. Enter your registered email.

  4. Enter your account password.

  5. Complete the security verification:

    • Enter the code from Google Authenticator (2FA), OR

    • Use the Passkey registered on your device.

  6. Once verified, you will be successfully logged into your Tokocrypto account.

Security Reminder: Never share your verification codes with anyone to keep your account secure.
