MetaGaruda FAQ

1. What is TokoSurprise?

TokoSurprise offers a chance for collectors to unlock digital collectibles released by TokoMall’s Official Partners. Each of the TokoSurprise releases will feature NFT series with multiple levels of rarity. 

Collectors who obtain a TokoSurprise pack will not be able to know which NFT series they will get. They can only open a TokoSurprise pack after a certain waiting period (if applicable).

2. What is MetaGaruda?

MetaGaruda is a collaborative project by TokoMall and DAMN! I Love Indonesia. This collection is the first TokoSurprive collection to have been released on TokoMall.

TokoMall is  the pioneer NFT marketplace in Indonesia that offers a unique concept of bridging the digital world with physical reality.

DAMN! I Love Indonesia is a pioneer Streetwear Brand to promote Modern Patriotism to the youth.

3. What is inside a MetaGaruda pack?

It comprises TokoSurprise packs that can be collected to unlock digital collectibles tagged to merchandize. Once you have collected a MetaGaruda pack, you can open and keep the NFT, and claim your merchandize.

4. Where and how can I get a MetaGaruda pack?

You can own a MetaGaruda pack simply by collecting one from TokoMall. Follow these steps:

  1. Hover to “Exclusive NFT” tab and click “TokoSurprise”
  2. Select a pack
  3. Click “Get NFT”
  4. After successfully collected the pack, it will appear in your Collection list

All of the MetaGaruda packs are given a locking period of 3 days. You can open the pack afterwards. Each of the MetaGaruda packs is tagged to a merchandize. Owning a MetaGaruda pack entitles you to the merchandize.

5. How can I claim my MetaGaruda merchandize?

To claim merchandize, follow these steps:

  1. Open https://bit.ly/3wvdFnF
  2. Fill out the form:
  1. Name
  2. Active phone number
  3. Email address
  4. Complete home address
  5. Wallet address (MetaMask or WalletConnect)
  6. NFT token ID (screen capture)
  7. Transaction hash
  8. Merchandize:
    1. Tote bag
    2. T-shirt (white)
    3. T-shirt (black)
  9. Size (mandatory for t-shirt merchandize)
    1. S
    2. M
    3. L
    4. XL
    5. 2XL
  • One claim is only valid for one NFT
  • Merchandize claiming period will run from November 15 - December 3, 2021
  • Production will run from December 7 - 20, 2021
  • Shipping will start on December 21, 2021
  • Merchandize claiming is only valid for collectors domiciled in Indonesia

6. What are the terms and conditions for claiming a MetaGaruda merchandize?

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Merchandize claiming period will run from November 15, 2021 until December 3, 2021. After the claiming period has ended, claim requests will not be processed
  2. Merchandize claiming is only valid for collectors domiciled in Indonesia
  3. TokoMall has the right to cancel or reject claiming requests if it’s determined to be ineligible due to violating our terms, such as duplication
  4. TokoMall and DAMN! I Love Indonesia are not responsible for merchandize defects resulting from shipping damage
  5. Terms and Conditions may change without prior notice
