We would like to inform you of adjustments to our operational services involving our partner banks in observance of the Holy Day of Nyepi (Saka New Year 1948) and Eid al-Fitr 1447H public holidays and collective leave from March 18–24, 2026.
Tokocrypto remains fully committed to serving all users. Trading activities and 24/7 Customer Support will continue to operate normally throughout the holiday period. For services not explicitly mentioned below, including standard balance settlements, operations will proceed as usual.
1. Deposit Payments
Virtual Account & E-Wallet: Deposits via Virtual Account (VA) and E-Wallets will be processed as usual during the holiday period.
Recommendation: To ensure seamless transactions, we suggest using the various deposit channels available on the Tokocrypto platform.
Note: If any issues arise regarding deposits made between March 18–24, 2026, our Customer Support team may require additional time to investigate with our partner banks, subject to their respective operational hours.
2. Withdrawals
Withdrawals > IDR 250 Million: Transfers exceeding IDR 250 million to banks other than BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata, and Sahabat Sampoerna will only be processed after the downtime period on March 25, 2026.
Alternative: If you need to withdraw more than IDR 250 million to other banks for same-day receipt, please split your transaction into multiple transfers of IDR 250 million or less.
Note: Any withdrawal issues occurring between March 18–24, 2026, may face escalation delays as we coordinate with partner banks during their holiday hours.
3. RTGS & LLG Deposits
RTGS & LLG Top-ups: To avoid disruptions, we strongly recommend completing any top-ups via LLG (Lalu Lintas Giro) or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) before 1:00 PM WIB on March 17, 2026.
Virtual Account via RTGS/LLG: Any bank transfers to Virtual Accounts using RTGS/LLG methods during the holiday will only be processed starting March 25, 2026.
4. RTGS & LLG Transfers
These services will be unavailable from March 18–24, 2026, in accordance with Bank Indonesia’s operational schedule.
Important Notes
Several banking platforms will be offline from March 18–24, 2026.
Ensure all critical transactions are completed before the national holiday, ideally by 1:00 PM WIB on the preceding day.
