We would like to inform you about operational adjustments regarding our partner bank services in observance of the Good Friday public holiday on April 3, 2026.
Tokocrypto will remain fully operational for all users who wish to conduct trading transactions throughout the holiday period. Our Customer Support team will also continue to operate 24/7 as usual.
Any services not specifically mentioned below will continue to operate normally, including the settlement of payments to your balance.
Deposit Services
Virtual Account & E-Wallet: Payments to Virtual Accounts or E-Wallets will be processed as usual during the holiday.
Recommendation: To ensure smooth transactions, we suggest using other available deposit channels on Tokocrypto.
Note: If we encounter issues with your deposit on April 3, 2026, our Customer Support team may require additional time to investigate with our partner banks, subject to their operational hours.
Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawals > IDR 250 Million: Transfers exceeding IDR 250 million to banks other than BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata, and Sahabat Sampoerna will only be processed after the downtime period (resuming April 6, 2026).
Pro-Tip: If you need to withdraw more than IDR 250 million to a bank not listed above for same-day receipt, please split your withdrawal into multiple transactions of IDR 250 million or less.
Note: Any withdrawal issues occurring on April 3, 2026, may take longer to resolve as escalations depend on the partner bank's operational schedule.
RTGS & LLG Transactions
Direct Deposits: To avoid disruption, if you usually top up via LLG (Lalu Lintas Giro) or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement), please complete your transactions before 1:00 PM WIB on April 2, 2026.
Virtual Account via RTGS/LLG: If a user makes a bank transfer to a Virtual Account using RTGS or LLG during the holiday, the payment will be processed on April 6, 2026.
Service Availability: RTGS & LLG transfers are unavailable on April 3, 2026, in accordance with Bank Indonesia's operational hours.
Important Notes
Several banking platforms will be closed on April 3, 2026.
Ensure all critical transactions are completed before the national holiday, ideally by 1:00 PM WIB the day before.
