Tokocrypto now provides an IDR deposit option via Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) to offer a more practical transaction experience for our users. By using the intrabank Virtual Account (VA) method, you can easily deposit funds through BRI services such as BRImo, BRI ATMs, or internet banking. Funds are typically credited within a short period.

How to Deposit via BRI on Tokocrypto
To make a deposit using Bank BRI, please follow these steps:
Log in to the Tokocrypto app and select the Deposit IDR menu.
Select your deposit method, then click Bank Rakyat Indonesia.
Your Virtual Account (VA) number and bank account information will appear on the screen.
Copy or save the Virtual Account number, then proceed with the payment via BRImo, BRI ATM, or BRI Internet Banking.
Enter the Virtual Account number and your desired deposit amount, then complete the transaction.
Note: The BRI Virtual Account is unique to each user. Transactions can only be made using a BRI account registered under the same name as your Tokocrypto account (intrabank).
How Long Does it Take for Funds to Arrive?
Deposited funds generally appear in your Tokocrypto wallet in less than 5 minutes after a successful payment. In certain conditions, the process may take longer, with a maximum estimate of up to 24 working hours, depending on the bank's system.
Transactions made between 22:59 WIB and 05:00 WIB may experience delays due to bank processing schedules.

How to Check Your Deposit History
To check your deposit history:
Click the clock icon on the Deposit menu.
Select the Deposit section, then click the "Crypto" button.
Click on a specific transaction to view its details.
What if the Funds Haven't Entered My Wallet?
If your funds have not arrived, please check your BRI bank statement (mutations) to ensure the funds were successfully sent to the correct Virtual Account number.
While funds usually arrive quickly, please allow up to a maximum of 24 hours. If they are still not received after that period, contact Tokocrypto Customer Support immediately via our 24/7 Live Chat.
