We would like to inform you about operational service adjustments related to our partner banks in observance of the International Labor Day National Holiday on May 1, 2026.
Tokocrypto will continue to serve all users who wish to conduct trading transactions throughout the holiday period. Our Customer Support team will remain available 24/7 as usual. All services not specifically mentioned below—including payment settlements to your balance—will continue to operate normally.
1. Deposits
Virtual Account & E-Wallet: Payments via Virtual Accounts and E-wallets will be processed as usual.
Recommendations: To ensure smooth transactions, we suggest using the various deposit channels available on the Tokocrypto platform.
Support Note: If any issues arise with deposits made on May 1, 2026, our Customer Support team may require additional time to investigate with our Partner Banks, subject to their holiday operational hours.
2. Withdrawals
Limits: Withdrawals exceeding IDR 250 million to certain banks will be affected.
Processing Time: All withdrawals above IDR 250 million to banks other than BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata, and Sahabat Sampoerna will only be processed after the downtime period on May 4, 2026.
Workaround: If you need to transfer more than IDR 250 million to a bank not listed above and require the funds on the same day, please split your withdrawal into multiple transactions of IDR 250 million or less.
Support Note: Issues with withdrawals on May 1 may take longer to escalate to Bank Partners due to their adjusted holiday schedules.
3. RTGS & LLG Transactions
RTGS Deposits: To avoid disruption, if you usually top-up via LLG (Lalu Lintas Giro) or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement), please ensure all necessary funds are topped up before 13:00 WIB on April 30, 2026.
Virtual Accounts via RTGS/LLG: Bank transfers to Virtual Account numbers using RTGS or LLG methods will be processed on May 4, 2026.
Availability: RTGS & LLG transfers will be unavailable on May 1, 2026, in accordance with Bank Indonesia’s operational hours.
Important Notes
Several platforms will be closed on May 1, 2026.
Ensure all critical transactions are completed before the national holiday, ideally by 13:00 WIB the day before.
