Tokocrypto remains fully active for all users who wish to trade during the holiday period. Our Customer Support service will also continue to operate normally 24/7.
Any services not explicitly mentioned below will continue to operate as usual during the holiday, including payment settlements to your balance.
Deposit Payments
Virtual Account & E-Wallet Processing: Payments made via Virtual Accounts or E-Wallets will proceed as normal during the holiday period.
Smooth Transactions: To ensure your transactions go smoothly, we highly recommend utilizing the available deposit channels within the Tokocrypto platform.
Potential Delays: Should there be any issues with your deposit on June 1, 2026, please note that our Customer Support team may require additional time to investigate with our partner banks, subject to their holiday operating hours.
Fiat Withdrawal
Withdrawals Above IDR 250 Million: Withdrawals exceeding IDR 250 million to certain banks will be affected.
Supported Banks: All withdrawals above IDR 250 million to banks other than BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata, and Sahabat Sampoerna will only be processed after the downtime period on June 2, 2026.
Workaround: If you need to withdraw more than IDR 250 million to a non-supported bank and require the funds on the same day, please split your withdrawal into multiple transactions of IDR 250 million or less.
Potential Delays: If any issues arise with your withdrawal on June 1, 2026, our Customer Support team may need extra time to escalate the matter, depending on our partner banks' operational schedules.
Deposits via RTGS
To prevent any disruptions, if you typically top up your balance using LLG (Lalu Lintas Giro) or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement), we strongly advise completing your transfers before 1:00 PM WIB on May 29, 2026.
Virtual Accounts via RTGS & LLG
If users make a bank transfer payment to a Virtual Account number using the RTGS or LLG method, the payment will be processed on June 2, 2026.
RTGS & LLG Transfers
These services will be unavailable on June 1, 2026, in accordance with Bank Indonesia's operational holiday.

Please ensure your time-sensitive transactions are completed before the national holiday, ideally by 1:00 PM WIB on the previous business day.
