To ensure that this process is carried out securely and optimally, Tokocrypto will conduct scheduled system maintenance as follows:

Time: 23:00 WIB – 01:00 WIB
Estimated Duration: Approximately 120 minutes within the maintenance window
Affected Services
During the maintenance period, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
IDR fiat deposits
IDR fiat withdrawals
However, users may continue to use the following services as usual:
Crypto asset trading
Crypto asset deposits
Crypto asset withdrawals
All affected features will resume normal operations once the maintenance process has been completed.
Temporary Closure of Deposit Channels
In connection with the system maintenance and the transition of exchange and/or clearing institution membership, several IDR fiat deposit channels will be temporarily unavailable according to the following schedule:

Users are advised to take note of the temporary closure schedule before making IDR fiat deposits through the affected channels. While these channels are unavailable, users may use other active deposit channels. The affected deposit channels will become available again after the temporary closure period ends.
Information Regarding the Membership Transition
The transition of exchange and/or clearing institution membership is a strategic step by Tokocrypto to support improvements in service quality, transaction security, and the company’s operational standards.
In relation to this process, there may be potential changes to service fees, including but not limited to trading fees. Tokocrypto will provide further information should any applicable fee adjustments occur.
Tokocrypto assures users that the security of their funds, personal data, and crypto assets remains our highest priority. This transition process does not reduce Tokocrypto’s commitment to consumer protection, system security, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Users will not be charged any additional fees in connection with this migration or membership transition process.
