We would like to inform you about an operational adjustment to services related to our partner banks in observance of the Islamic New Year holiday, 1 Muharram 1448 H, on June 16, 2026.
Tokocrypto will continue to serve all users who wish to conduct trading transactions during the holiday period. Our Customer Support service will remain available 24/7 as usual.
Services not mentioned below will continue to operate normally during the holiday, including payment settlements to your balance.
Deposit Payments
Payments via Virtual Account or E-Wallet will continue to be processed during the holiday period.
Bank transfers to virtual account numbers and payments via e-wallet will remain available as usual.
To help ensure smooth transactions during this period, we recommend that Tokonauts use the available deposit channels on Tokocrypto.
If we encounter any issues with your deposit payment made on June 16, 2026, our Customer Support team may require additional time to investigate with the relevant partner bank, depending on the bank’s operating hours.
Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawals above IDR 250 million to certain banks will be affected.
All withdrawals above IDR 250 million to banks other than BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata, and Sahabat Sampoerna will only be processed after the downtime period, on June 17, 2026.
During this period, if you wish to transfer more than IDR 250 million to banks other than those listed above and need the funds to be received on the same day, please split the payment into multiple transfers of IDR 250 million or less.
If we encounter any issues with your withdrawal made on June 16, 2026, our Customer Support team may require additional time to escalate the matter to the relevant partner bank, depending on the bank’s operating hours.
Deposit via RTGS
If you usually top up via LLG (Lalu Lintas Giro) or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement), we recommend topping up all required funds before 1:00 PM WIB on June 15, 2026, to avoid any disruption.
Virtual Account via RTGS & LLG
If users make bank transfer payments to virtual account numbers using RTGS or LLG, the payments will be processed on June 17, 2026.
RTGS & LLG Transfers
RTGS and LLG transfers will not be available on June 16, 2026, in accordance with Bank Indonesia’s operating hours.
Important Notes
Several platforms will be closed on June 16, 2026.
Please ensure that your transactions are completed before the national holiday, no later than 1:00 PM WIB on the previous day.
