Services not explicitly mentioned below will continue to operate normally during the holiday, including settlement payments to your account balance.
Deposit Transactions
Virtual Account & E-Wallet Deposits: Payments to Virtual Accounts or E-Wallets will continue to be processed during the holiday period. Bank transfers to virtual account numbers and e-wallet deposits will remain available as usual. To ensure smooth transactions, we advise using the deposit channels available directly on Tokocrypto.
Deposit Inquiries: If any issues arise regarding deposit payments made on August 25, 2026, our Customer Support team may require additional time to investigate with our Partner Banks, depending on their operating hours.
Withdrawal Transactions
Withdrawals Above IDR 250 Million: Withdrawals exceeding IDR 250 million to banks other than BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata, and Sahabat Sampoerna will be affected and will only be processed after the downtime period on August 26, 2026.
Workaround: If you need to withdraw over IDR 250 million to a bank not listed above on the same day, please split your request into multiple transfers of IDR 250 million or less.
Withdrawal Inquiries: If issues occur with withdrawals on August 25, 2026, escalations to Partner Banks may experience delays subject to bank operating hours.
RTGS & LLG Transactions
RTGS Top-Up: If you regularly top up via LLG (Lalu Lintas Giro) or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement), please complete all required top-ups before 1:00 PM WIB on August 24, 2026, to prevent disruptions.
Virtual Accounts via RTGS & LLG: Bank transfers to Virtual Account numbers made using RTGS or LLG will be processed on August 26, 2026.
RTGS & LLG Availability: RTGS & LLG transfer services will be unavailable on August 25, 2026, following Bank Indonesia's operating schedule.
