Tokocrypto Will Support the Cash Dividend Distribution for MUU, TQQQ, and SOXL via Tokenized Stocks

Hi Tokonauts,

Tokocrypto will support the cash dividend distribution for Direxion Daily MU Bull 2X Shares (MUU), ProShares UltraPro QQQ (TQQQ), and Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3X Shares (SOXL) for eligible users holding MUUB, TQQQB, and SOXLB Tokenized Stocks.

The net cash dividend amount, after deducting applicable withholding tax, fees, and other deductions, will be reinvested into units or fractional units of the same underlying securities.

Eligible users will receive the dividend distribution in the form of MUUB, TQQQB, or SOXLB, respectively.

Meanwhile, holders of MUUB, TQQQB, and SOXLB on-chain will receive the Tokenized Stocks dividend through a multiplier adjustment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Users holding MUUB and SOXLB at the snapshot time on September 22, 2026, at 07:00 WIB will be eligible to receive the dividend distribution.

• Users holding TQQQB at the snapshot time on September 23, 2026, at 07:00 WIB will be eligible to receive the dividend distribution.

General Information

• Trading for the MUUB/USDT, TQQQB/USDT, and SOXLB/USDT pairs will not be affected during the dividend distribution process.

• Dividends from eligible assets will be credited to users' Spot Accounts.

• Tokocrypto will handle all necessary technical requirements for users during the distribution process.

• The amount of dividends reinvested and distributed will be calculated after deducting applicable withholding tax, fees, and other deductions.

MUUB and SOXLB

• Starting from September 22, 2026, at 06:30 WIB, the 1:1 token conversion services between MUU/MUUB and SOXL/SOXLB will be temporarily suspended.

• Starting from September 22, 2026, at 06:30 WIB, deposits and withdrawals of MUUB and SOXLB will also be temporarily suspended.

• Deposit, withdrawal, and token conversion services will resume once the dividend distribution process has been completed.

TQQQB

• Starting from September 23, 2026, at 06:30 WIB, the 1:1 token conversion service between TQQQ/TQQQB will be temporarily suspended.

• Starting from September 23, 2026, at 06:30 WIB, deposits and withdrawals of TQQQB will be temporarily suspended. Users are advised to ensure that their deposits are fully processed before this time.

• Deposit, withdrawal, and token conversion services for TQQQB will resume once the dividend distribution process has been completed.
