Hello Tokonauts, on this occasion we will discuss what the anti-fraud feature is and if this is a problem, what should you do?
What is Fraud?
Fraud itself is an act of deviation that is intentionally carried out to deceive, deceive and manipulate customers, or other parties that occur in the bank environment/using bank facilities. We implement transaction monitoring and anti-fraud systems to protect customer security and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Tokocrypto itself follows and carries out anti-fraud procedures that have been regulated by CoFTRA in Law No. 8/2010 and BAPPEBTI regulations No. 5/2019.
What causes/defines Anti Fraud constrained parameters?
Related to these parameters, our Artificial Intelligence System which reads transaction patterns and the system also determines this.
What if I get hit by the Anti Fraud parameter in Tokocrypto?
If Tokonauts is detected by Anti-Fraud, the withdrawal feature, both Crypto and to a personal account in the account used, cannot be temporarily withdrawn. However, Tokonauts don't have to worry about being able to wait 2X24 hours first and if it has passed the estimated time, the withdrawal from the account will be opened automatically. When exposed to the Anti Fraud notification, Tokonauts can still make buying/selling transactions on the account used.
