Tokocrypto System Maintenance and Temporary IDR Deposit Channel Closure

Tokocrypto is continuously committed to improving service quality, transaction security, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection. In line with this commitment, PT Aset Digital Berkat (“Tokocrypto”) will transfer its exchange and clearing house memberships in accordance with the applicable regulations.

As part of this process, Tokocrypto will transfer its exchange membership from PT Central Finansial X (“CFX”) to PT Fortuna Integritas Mandiri (“ICEX”), and its clearing house membership from PT Kliring Komoditi Indonesia (“KKI”) to PT Pranata Karya Solusi (“CACI”).

To ensure the transition process is carried out safely and optimally, Tokocrypto will conduct system maintenance according to the following schedule:

Date: Wednesday, June 17, 2026 – Thursday, June 18, 2026
Time: 23:00 WIB – 01:00 WIB
Estimated Duration: Approximately 120 minutes within the maintenance window

Affected Services

During the maintenance period, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

• IDR fiat deposits

• IDR fiat withdrawals

However, users may continue to use the following services as usual:

• Crypto asset trading

• Crypto asset deposits

• Crypto asset withdrawals

All affected features will resume normal operations once the maintenance process has been completed.

Temporary Closure of Deposit Channels

In connection with the system maintenance and the transition of exchange and/or clearing institution membership, several IDR fiat deposit channels will be temporarily unavailable according to the following schedule:

Users are advised to take note of the temporary closure schedule before making IDR fiat deposits through the affected channels. While these channels are unavailable, users may use other active deposit channels. The affected deposit channels will become available again after the temporary closure period ends.

As part of this adjustment, the Virtual Account (VA) numbers for deposit and withdrawal transactions will be updated. The previous VA numbers will no longer be available for use starting from 18 June 2026 at 01:00 WIB. Users are advised to use the latest available VA numbers to ensure smooth transactions.

Information Regarding the Membership Transition

The transition of exchange and/or clearing institution membership is a strategic step by Tokocrypto to support improvements in service quality, transaction security, and the company’s operational standards.

In connection with this process, there may be potential changes to service fees. As a form of transparency to users, Tokocrypto has prepared detailed information regarding the transaction fee adjustment, which can be found in the following article:

Tokocrypto assures users that the security of their funds, personal data, and crypto assets remains our highest priority. This transition process does not reduce Tokocrypto’s commitment to consumer protection, system security, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Users will not be charged any additional fees in connection with this migration or membership transition process.

If the User does not wish to continue their membership with the applicable exchange, the User may still withdraw all funds and/or Digital Financial Assets recorded in their Tokocrypto account.
