How to Deposit via BCA on Tokocrypto
To make a deposit via BCA, follow these steps:
Log in to the Tokocrypto application and select the Deposit menu.
Choose the deposit method, then click Bank Central Asia (BCA).
A Virtual Account (VA) number and bank account information will appear on the screen.
Save the Virtual Account number in the myBCA or BCA Mobile application to facilitate subsequent deposit processes.

Please note: The BCA Virtual Account is unique to each user. This means that only a BCA account with the same name as your Tokocrypto account can process the deposit transaction.
How Long Will the Funds Take to Arrive?
The deposit funds will be credited to your Tokocrypto wallet in a short time, with an estimated duration of around 5 minutes. Under certain conditions, this process may take longer, with a maximum limit of up to 24 working hours, depending on the bank's clearing time.
Please be aware that transactions made in the early hours or near the change of day, which is from 22:59 WIB (Western Indonesian Time) to 05:00 WIB, potentially take longer to process as they follow the partner bank's clearing schedule.
If the funds have not been credited after more than 24 hours, you can immediately contact Tokocrypto Customer Support via the 24/7 Live Chat service, free of charge.
How to Check Deposit History
To check your deposit history:
Click the clock icon on the Deposit menu.
Select the Deposit section, then click the "Crypto" button.
To see the transaction details, click on one of the histories that appears in the list.
What If the Funds Haven't Been Credited to the Wallet?
If the deposit funds have not been credited, ensure you have checked your BCA account statement to confirm that the funds were indeed sent to the correct Virtual Account number.
Generally, the funds will be credited in less than 5 minutes. However, if they have not arrived, please wait up to a maximum of 24 hours, especially if the transaction was made during bank clearing hours.
