We would like to inform you of operational service adjustments regarding our partner banks in observance of the Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026 holidays on December 25–26, 2025, and January 1, 2026.
Tokocrypto remains fully operational for all users wishing to trade during the holiday period. Our Customer Support services will continue to operate 24/7 as usual. Services not specifically mentioned below will also remain operational, including the settlement of payments to your balance.
Deposit Payments
Payments via Virtual Account or E-Wallet will continue to be processed during the holiday period.
Bank transfers to Virtual Account numbers and e-wallet top-ups will be available as usual.
Please Note: If any issues occur with deposits made on December 25–26, 2025, or January 1, 2026, our Customer Support team may require more time to investigate with our Partner Banks, as this is subject to the banks' operational hours.
Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawals exceeding IDR 250 million to certain banks will be affected.
All withdrawals over IDR 250 million to banks other than BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata, and Sahabat Sampoerna will only be processed after the holiday downtime, specifically on December 29, 2025 (for Christmas) and January 2, 2026 (for New Year).
Pro-tip: During this period, if you wish to transfer more than IDR 250 million to a bank not listed above and require the funds on the same day, please split your transaction into multiple transfers of IDR 250 million or less.
If issues arise with withdrawals on holiday dates, escalation to Partner Banks may take longer due to their limited operational hours.
Deposits via RTGS
If you typically top up via LLG (Lalu Lintas Giro) or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement), we recommend completing your transactions before 1:00 PM WIB on December 24, 2025 (for Christmas) and December 31, 2025 (for New Year) to avoid any disruptions.
Virtual Account via RTGS & LLG
Payments made to Virtual Accounts using RTGS or LLG methods during the holidays will be processed on December 29, 2025, and January 2, 2026, respectively.
RTGS & LLG Transfers
These services will be unavailable on December 25–26, 2025, and January 1, 2026, in accordance with Bank Indonesia’s operational schedule.
Important Notes
Several banking platforms will be offline on Dec 25–26, 2025, and Jan 1, 2026.
Ensure all critical transactions are completed before the national holidays, ideally by 1:00 PM WIB the day before.
