Any services not specifically mentioned below will continue to operate as usual, including the settlement of payments to your balance.
Deposit Services
Virtual Accounts & E-Wallets: Deposits via Virtual Account (VA) or E-Wallet will be processed as usual during the holiday.
Support & Investigation: If you encounter issues with a deposit made on January 16, 2026, please note that our Customer Support team may require additional time to investigate with our partner banks, as this is subject to bank operational hours.
Withdrawal Services
Withdrawals > IDR 250 Million: Withdrawals exceeding IDR 250 million to banks other than BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata, and Sahabat Sampoerna will experience downtime and will only be processed on January 19, 2026.
Pro-tip: If you need to withdraw more than IDR 250 million to a bank not listed above and require the funds on the same day, please split your transaction into multiple transfers of IDR 250 million or less.
Escalations: Any withdrawal issues occurring on January 16, 2026, may take longer to escalate to our partner banks due to their holiday schedule.
RTGS & LLG Deposits
Manual Top-ups: If you typically top-up via LLG (Lalu Lintas Giro) or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement), we strongly recommend completing your transactions before 1:00 PM WIB on January 15, 2026, to avoid delays.
Virtual Account via RTGS/LLG: If a user pays a Virtual Account using RTGS or LLG methods, the payment will be processed on January 19, 2026.
RTGS & LLG Transfers
These services will be unavailable on January 16, 2026, in accordance with Bank Indonesia’s operational schedule.
