Important Announcement: Scheduled Cancellation of Aged Open Spot Orders – Tokocrypto

Tokocrypto periodically conducts system evaluations and maintenance to ensure a trading experience that is safe, comfortable, and efficient. As part of our proactive risk management, Tokocrypto will perform an automatic cancellation of aged Spot orders that remain unfilled.

Starting January 21, 2026, at 15:00 WIB, our system will cancel all old trading orders that meet the following criteria:

Created before January 1, 2024, at 07:00 WIB.
Currently hold a pending/open status.

Why is this being done?

Crypto market conditions can change significantly over time. Orders left open for too long run the risk of being executed unexpectedly during high market volatility. Such transactions may no longer align with your current trading strategy or financial plans.

Through this policy, Tokocrypto aims to minimize the risk of unplanned transactions while maintaining market stability and improving the overall efficiency and security of our platform.

Key Points to Remember:

Scope: This policy applies only to unfilled trading orders created before January 1, 2024, at 07:00 WIB.
Executed Orders: Any orders that have already been filled/executed will not be affected.
Fund Safety: Your funds remain completely secure. This cancellation does not impact account balances, fund security, or withdrawal processes.
Asset Liquidity: Once an order is canceled, the previously "locked" assets will be returned to your available balance.
New Orders: You are free to create new trading orders at any time. If you wish to maintain a specific strategy from an old order, we recommend noting the details and re-entering the position after the automatic cancellation occurs.

This step is a standard practice in the financial industry and a routine part of Tokocrypto’s system maintenance to foster a healthier trading environment.
