Tokocrypto provides a variety of deposit methods that make it easy for users to conduct transactions according to their preferences. We offer secure payment options through virtual accounts, e-wallets, and digital banks that are seamlessly integrated into our platform.

Deposit via BCA
Log in to the Tokocrypto application and select the Deposit menu.
Choose the deposit method, then click Bank Central Asia (BCA).
A Virtual Account (VA) number and bank account information will appear on the screen.
Save the Virtual Account number in the myBCA or BCA Mobile application to facilitate subsequent deposit processes.

Deposit via Blu by BCA Digital
In the deposit menu, select the destination fund: BLU BY BCA DIGITAL
Enter the mobile number registered on your Blu by BCA account to link the accounts.
You can only register one Blu using the mobile number of your BCA account.
You will be directed to the Blu by BCA application page and continue by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
Verify your mobile number on the Blu by using the BCA application.
Enter your Blu by BCA account password on the Blu by BCA application.
The account linking process is automatically completed.
Select the desired deposit amount or enter the amount manually.
Continue the deposit process by entering your PIN.
The deposit has been successfully made. Please check your Tokocrypto account wallet menu.
Deposit via BRI
Log in to the Tokocrypto app and select the Deposit IDR menu.
Choose your deposit method and click Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI).
The Virtual Account (VA) number and bank account information will appear on the screen.
Copy or save the Virtual Account number, then proceed with the payment via BRImo, BRI ATM, or BRI Internet Banking.
Enter the Virtual Account number and your desired deposit amount, then complete the transaction.
Deposit via Bank Mandiri
Log in to the Tokocrypto app and select the Deposit IDR menu.
Choose your deposit method and click Bank Mandiri.
The system will display the Virtual Account (VA) number and account details.
Copy the Virtual Account number, then proceed with the payment via Livin’ by Mandiri, Mandiri ATM, or Internet Banking.
Enter the VA number and the deposit amount, then complete the transaction
Deposit via QRIS
Follow these steps to make a deposit using QRIS on Tokocrypto:
Log in to your Tokocrypto account via the website or app.
Go to the Deposit IDR menu.
Select QRIS as your payment method.
Enter your desired deposit amount (minimum deposit is IDR 50,000).
The system will generate a QR code for the payment.
Scan the QR code using any payment application that supports QRIS.
Complete the payment, and your deposit will be processed into your account according to the applicable terms.
Note: Please be advised that every deposit transaction via QRIS is subject to a 2% service fee.
Deposit via e-wallet
In the deposit menu, select the destination fund: OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, DANA, atau LinkAja.
Make sure you have the e-wallet application you want to use.
Continue by entering the deposit amount and confirming the payment.
You will be automatically directed to the e-wallet application. Please open the e-wallet application.
Continue by reviewing the total deposit.
If it is correct, please make the payment.
The deposit has been successfully made. Please check your Tokocrypto account wallet menu.
How long will my funds arrive?
The estimated time for a successful deposit to enter the wallet is approximately 55 minutes, with a maximum waiting time of 24 working hours, depending on the bank's clearing time. Withdrawals in the early morning or towards the day change (22:59 WIB—05:00 WIB) may take longer than usual due to following the clearing time at our partner banks. If the withdrawal has not been successful after 24 hours, please get in touch with customer support via live chat.
How do I check my deposit history?
Click the clock icon in the deposit menu.
Select the deposit section and click the "Crypto" button.
To see the withdrawal details, click on the history shown in the list.
What if the deposit has not entered the wallet?
Please recheck your account statement or E-wallet to ensure the funds have been successfully sent to the correct virtual account number. Generally, funds will enter the account in less than 5 minutes, but if the funds have not been entered within that time, please be patient for a maximum of 24 hours.
Deposits or withdrawals in the early morning or towards the day change (22:59 - 05:00 WIB) may take longer than usual because they follow the clearing time at our partner banks.
Please confirm with Customer Support via Live Chat if the funds have not been entered after 24 hours.
