Withdrawing your crypto assets on Tokocrypto is now easier and faster. Follow these steps to ensure your withdrawal process is safe and smooth.
1. Pre-Withdrawal Preparation
Before you begin, please prepare the following:
Destination Wallet Address: Ensure the address matches a network supported by both Tokocrypto and the receiving wallet.
Address MEMO (If required): You must fill in the MEMO if the selected network requires one.
Recipient Data: Have the recipient's name and residential address ready. Ensure all data is accurate before proceeding.
2. Steps to Withdraw Crypto
Access the Menu: Go to the "Withdrawal" menu and select the coin you wish to withdraw, or click the "Withdraw" button directly from your wallet balance.
Select Network: Choose the crypto network you wish to use. Crucial: Ensure this network is also supported by the destination platform.
Enter Address: Input the destination wallet address that corresponds to your chosen network.
Enter Amount: Specify the amount you wish to withdraw or click "Max" to withdraw your entire balance.
Input MEMO: Fill in the MEMO field if the network requires it. (Read more about MEMOs if you are unfamiliar).
Recipient Details: Enter the recipient's name and address. If you are sending the assets to yourself, check the "Send to myself" option.
Security Verification: Complete the security verification as the final step.
Confirmation: Once successful, you will receive a TXID (Transaction ID) as proof of the transaction on the blockchain.
3. Estimated Withdrawal Time
Withdrawals are typically processed quickly. However, during periods of high network traffic, delays may occur. We recommend checking your withdrawal status periodically.
4. How to Check Withdrawal History
Click the clock icon on the withdrawal menu.
Go to the withdrawal section and select the "Crypto" tab.
Click on a specific entry in the list to view the full details.
5. Assets Haven't Arrived?
If the status on Tokocrypto is "Successful," the assets have been sent from our system. At this stage, Tokocrypto no longer has control over the assets.
If the assets have not appeared in the destination wallet, please contact the customer service of the receiving platform. Common reasons for delays include:
Network Confirmations: Transactions require a specific number of blockchain confirmations to be valid. Network congestion can slow this down.
Destination Exchange Queues: The receiving exchange may take extra time to process incoming transactions during high-volume periods.
Security Reviews: Some transactions undergo manual review for security and compliance purposes.
Maintenance: Technical issues or scheduled maintenance on the blockchain or the receiving exchange.
Incorrect Information: Invalid wallet addresses or data entry errors.
Limits: Transactions falling below minimum or above maximum limits may require additional processing.
