Withdrawing funds from your Tokocrypto balance to your bank account is now easier and more secure than ever. To ensure a smooth transaction, please make sure that the name on your bank account matches the name on your Tokocrypto account.

Steps to Withdraw Funds:

Select Withdrawal Menu: Navigate to the withdrawal menu and choose "IDR" (Indonesian Rupiah).
Add Bank Account: Click "Add Account" and accurately input your bank's name and account number.
Verify Account Number: Double-check the account number and click "Add."
Select Account: Choose the desired bank account from the list.
Input Withdrawal Amount: Enter the IDR amount you wish to withdraw.
Complete Security Verification: Follow the on-screen security verification steps.

Troubleshooting Account Addition:

Name Mismatch: If you encounter a name mismatch error, please verify that the names on your Tokocrypto account and bank account are identical.
Update Account Information: To update your Tokocrypto account name, contact our support team using this link.

Estimated Withdrawal Time:

Withdrawals typically take 15 minutes to 24 hours to process, depending on your bank's clearing time.
Withdrawals initiated late at night or early in the morning (10:59 PM - 05:00 AM WIB) may cause delays.
If your funds haven't arrived within 24 hours, please get in touch with our Customer Support.

Checking Withdrawal History:

Click the clock icon in the withdrawal menu.
Select the "Withdrawal" section and choose "Fiat."
Click on the specific transaction for details.

What to Do if Funds Haven't Arrived:

Please allow up to 24 hours for the funds to be credited to your account.
If you initiated the withdrawal during off-peak hours, there might be a delay due to bank clearing processes.
For withdrawals made between 10:00 PM and 04:59 AM WIB, processing will resume after 05:00 AM WIB.
If the issue persists after 24 hours, contact our Customer Support.
