Some Tokocrypto users have experienced issues when trying to log in using their Apple ID. This problem typically occurs when users choose to hide their email during their initial authentication. This option can block subsequent login processes, preventing users from logging back in with their Apple ID.
If you're encountering this problem and receiving an error pop-up message when trying to log in, here are simple steps to resolve it:
Steps to Remove Tokocrypto Authentication from Your Apple ID
1. Open Settings on your iPhone, then go to your Apple ID and open Account Center.
2. Select the "Sign in with Apple" menu.
3. Find and select the "Tokocrypto" app from the list of connected applications.
4. Choose the "Delete" option to remove Tokocrypto's login authorization.
Log Back In to the Tokocrypto App
After you've removed the previous authorization, please return to the Tokocrypto app and choose to log in with Apple. Important note: Do not select the "Hide My Email" option when logging in again to ensure a smooth authentication process.
By following these steps, you should be able to access your Tokocrypto account with your Apple ID without any further issues.
