Following the official launch of the deposit feature via BCA at Tokocrypto, you can now top up your balance (deposit) using the Virtual Account (VA) method, which is practical and easy. You can pay your BCA VA through several channels, such as BCA ATMs, BCA Mobile, and KlikBCA Individual.
Make sure you use the BCA Virtual Account number displayed in the Tokocrypto Deposit menu. This VA number is unique to each user, so save it in myBCA or BCA Mobile for faster and more convenient future transactions.
How to Pay the BCA Virtual Account
Payment via BCA ATM
Insert your ATM Card and BCA ATM PIN.
Select the Cash Withdrawal/Other Transactions menu.
Select Other Transactions.
Select Transfer.
Select To BCA Virtual Account.
Enter the BCA Virtual Account number, then click Correct.
Enter the amount to be paid.
Check the transaction details, then select Yes to confirm.
The transaction is complete.
Payment via BCA Mobile (m-BCA)
Log in to the BCA Mobile application.
Select the m-BCA menu, then enter the m-BCA access code.
Select m-Transfer > BCA Virtual Account.
Enter your BCA Virtual Account number, or select it from the Transfer List.
Enter the amount to be paid.
Click OK, then enter the m-BCA PIN.
Payment is complete. Save the notification as proof of the transaction.
Payment via KlikBCA Individual
Log in to KlikBCA Individual via https://ibank.klikbca.com/
Enter your User ID and PIN.
Select Fund Transfer > Transfer to BCA Virtual Account.
Enter your BCA Virtual Account number, or select it from the Transfer List.
Enter the amount to be paid.
Perform payment validation. Make sure the data is correct, then enter the code obtained from KEYBCA APPLI 1, and click Send.
Save or print the reference number as proof of the transaction.
Estimated Time for Funds to Enter Tokocrypto
Generally, deposits will enter your Tokocrypto wallet in around under 5 minutes and can be even faster. However, under certain conditions, the process may take longer, up to a maximum of 24 working hours, depending on the bank clearing time.
Transactions conducted in the early morning or near the turn of the day (10:59 PM to 05:00 AM WIB) also have the potential to be processed longer than usual because they follow the partner bank's clearing schedule.
