1. Has Tokocrypto changed its service fees? What are the current handling fees?

Yes, Tokocrypto has made adjustments to service fees related to abnormal transactions, such as:

  • Depositing coins or tokens that are not listed on Tokocrypto

  • Using an incorrect address or network

  • Entering an incorrect transaction memo

This adjustment aims to balance the high number of fund recovery requests with the corresponding technical and operational costs.

Below is the latest service fee list, categorized by case type:

2. Last month I didn’t pay anything or paid less. Why has the fee suddenly increased?

Tokocrypto has received a large volume of fund recovery requests. To align with current market conditions and reflect the rising labor and technical costs, we have revised our fee structure to ensure it remains fair and sustainable.

 

3. I wasn’t aware of the fee update. Can my fee be waived?

We understand your concern. Tokocrypto offers fee waivers for several common scenarios; however, each case is reviewed individually according to the current policy and circumstances.

 

4. Will these fees change again in the future? How often are they updated?

We cannot guarantee that the handling fees will remain unchanged in the future. Adjustments may be made if necessary, after careful consideration of market conditions, labor costs, and technical requirements.

 

5. I submitted an appeal before June 26, 2025, and it was rejected. If I resubmit after that date, will I be charged the same fee?

The updated handling fees apply to all customers who submit an appeal on or after June 26, 2025. Appeals submitted before this date follow the previous fee structure.

 

6. I deposited a small amount of an unlisted token. Why is the fee 50 USDT?

Due to the high number of fund recovery requests and increasing technical costs, Tokocrypto has adjusted its fee structure to reflect current conditions. After evaluation, the minimum handling fee is set at 50 USDT for each unlisted token recovery case.

 

7. What happens to unlisted tokens or those with unverifiable value?

Tokocrypto will make every reasonable effort to assist in the recovery of users’ funds. However, recovery cannot always be guaranteed, as it depends on technical feasibility and network availability of the asset involved.

 

8. Does this update apply to past transactions?

For example, I deposited to a Binance Hot Wallet last December and submitted a recovery form. Now that it’s free, can I appeal again?

Yes, you may resubmit your recovery request. Tokocrypto will do its best to assist you.
However, please note that successful recovery is not guaranteed, and we strongly encourage users to always follow our official deposit guidelines to avoid potential fund losses.
