At Tokocrypto you can log in using 2 ways starting from SMS verification or via Google Authenticator. Have you ever experienced problems logging in but not receiving an OTP SMS message even though the number you used and registered is still active?
The following issues may prevent the code from being received:
- The network is busy. Please try to retrieve the code again periodically or after 30 minutes.
- The network is not good. Try restarting the network by activating airplane mode temporarily or restarting the device.
- Clicking the Get Code button too many times. It is hoped that code retrieval will not be carried out continuously over a short period of time. If your account is found to be fetching codes too often, please try again within 24 hours.
- Blocked by your security software. Double-check the device's security settings or try disabling this software and restarting the phone.
- Your phone bill is outstanding or your phone storage is full.
- The application version is out of date, please update.
Tokonauts can also request a 2FA SMS Reset so that the number previously registered with Tokocrypto as 2FA SMS will be deactivated. After resetting, Tokonauts can input a new cellphone number as the recipient of the verification OTP code.
For account security, we also strongly recommend that Tokonauts also activate 2FA Google Authenticator.
